WhatsApp Bulk SenderNew

Browser extension downloads and a guide to opted-in message queues.

Desktop browser extension · CSV / TXT import · Personalized text messages · Progress reports

Download the browser extension

Prepare a text-message queue for contacts who opted in, then monitor it in WhatsApp Web. This page provides downloads and instructions; it does not send messages or accept recipient lists.

ZIP packages for manual installation · v1.5.3. These are not approved browser-store listings.

Download packages are being prepared.

Firefox uses a temporary development installation. Live sending and browser-specific compatibility still require verification.

Download the ZIP for your browser and extract it to a folder you can keep on your computer. Do not select the ZIP itself when loading an unpacked extension.

Chrome: open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, choose Load unpacked, and select the extracted folder containing manifest.json.
Edge: open edge://extensions, enable Developer mode, and choose Load unpacked.
Opera: open opera://extensions, enable Developer mode, and choose Load unpacked.
Firefox: open about:debugging → This Firefox → Load Temporary Add-on, then select the extracted manifest.json. Temporary add-ons disappear after Firefox restarts; this is not a signed store release.

Pin the extension icon if your browser supports it. Keep only one version installed.

Open WhatsApp Web, sign in, then refresh the tab after installing or updating the extension. Open the extension from your browser toolbar.

Use one WhatsApp Web tab while a queue is running. Keep it open and monitor the current conversation; multiple tabs can interfere with the shared queue.

Paste one international number per line, or use name, number lines. Alternatively, choose Import CSV / TXT. CSV files can use the header below.

name,number
Alex,+12025550123
Sam,+12025550124

These are fictional formatting examples, not recipients to message. Replace them with contacts who opted in.

Always use an explicit + country prefix. Bare numbers currently default to country code 91. CSV supports an optional country_code column, but explicit prefixes are safer, including when restoring drafts. Check every destination before starting.

Enter your text in Message. Use {name} for personalization, for example:

Hi {name}, here is the update you requested.

Contacts without a name use there. Open Advanced settings to choose an interval of 3–120 seconds between submissions. No interval guarantees delivery or prevents account restrictions.

Check the recipient list and message. Select I have permission to message these contacts, then choose Start Sending.

Review the confirmation: it shows the valid contact count and how many invalid or duplicate entries were excluded. Cancel if anything is unexpected; confirm only when you are ready to submit messages.

The extension opens each recipient conversation in WhatsApp Web and interacts with its Send control. Keep watching for errors or prompts that require attention.

Submitted is not a delivery receipt. Check delivery and recipient details in WhatsApp itself.

Pause: requests a pause in processing. A message already being submitted may still go through; pausing cannot retract it.
Resume Sending: continue pending contacts with the same recipients and message after reviewing the queue.
Stop: marks pending contacts as skipped after confirmation. It does not erase saved drafts or queue data.
Resolve uncertain: pause first, inspect the indicated conversation, then enter SUBMITTED only if you verified it in chat, or SKIP to avoid a duplicate. Do not assume an uncertain message failed.
Export CSV: download the number, name, status, timestamp, and error report. Treat values from untrusted contacts as text when opening the report in a spreadsheet.

Drafts, queues, messages, and statuses persist in local extension storage. Uninstall the extension to remove that extension data; exported files remain on your computer.
